The Taming of the Shrew - This tale of the fiery and highly comedic romance of Kate and Petruchio still entertains after 400+ years but the debate still stands: just who tames whom?

Timon of Athens - Timon is a wealthy Athenian noble who responds to flattery by hosting banquets, giving gifts and bailing out his suitors. When his fortune runs out and his friends reject his pleas for help, he becomes an embittered recluse and, after seeing that those who abandoned him suffer, withdraws to die.

Money: it can’t buy love, but it can certainly promote hate.

Timon of Athens may be a simple story about a generous and self-indulgent man driven to misanthropy by his fair-weather friends, but it produces an avalanche of philosophical questions: Does Timon deserve our compassion for shunning society and condemning/contaminating the very people he once called friends? Does he deserve to be punished for his vanity and ostentation or is he right to expect more from his parasitic friends? Is there a place for cynicism in society? Watch and Decide.

Young Paul artfully cons himself into the lives of New York's bourgeois by claiming to know a wealthy couple's Ivy League children and being the son of Sydney Poitier. After he's caught seducing a hustler in their home, the charade is revealed and Paul is soon back on the street where he sets his sights on a young couple new to the city. From the award-winning writer of The House of Blue Leaves comes this bitterly funny comedy that explores the intimacy of the universe, and the comfort and chaos found within it.

Inspired by Osha Gray Davidson's book of the same name and based on a true story, Mark St. Germain's new drama, THE BEST OF ENEMIES reveals a universal truth: all people, no matter their differences, are capable of change. Amidst their incendiary words of prejudice and fear, Ann, a civil rights activist, and C.P., an Exalted Cyclops of the KKK, forge an alliance based in respect and trust in an honest-to-goodness, modern-day parable of transformation and triumph for civil rights.

Journey through the battle-scarred fields and forests of the Civil War, seen through the eyes of a naïve young soldier, filled with desire for heroism and courage, reduced to the foundations of his character as he first flees from, and ultimately embraces the violence and rush of war.

Combining puppets, animation, and live actors,

Adapted from Stephen Crane’s classic American novel, Red Badge of Courage is an intimate, intensely sensory performance for tabletop puppetry, live actors, and a multi-layered web of projected silhouettes and animation. Red Badge of Courage takes the audience into the heart of battle to experience the horror and absurd surrealism of pre-industrial warfare, and to consider the considerable effect on the hearts and minds of young people thrust into its midst.
